What a find for us! An acquisition for the Museum of Farmington NH History.

Hand made, wooden settee from one of the early Farmington, NH schools. The seat flips up and reveals storage in the lower portions of the settee. 

Used at the Pine Bluff Cottage (Alton Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee) for many decades, after it was retired from school use. Formerly owned by S.S. Parker of Farmington and S.P. Nute of Detroit, Michigan and heirs.

We are very happy that the heirs of the Pine Bluff Cottage thought of us!
