The Farmington Historical Society 70th Anniversary with a Celebration Dinner on November 22, at 6:00 PM at the Farmington Country Club. The dinner will be catered by Darlene and Kim Cardinal, and feature apple stuffed maple BBQ chicken breast. A vegetarian option or apple stuffed squash will be available with notice at ticket purchase. The event will feature a brief presentation of the history of the Farmington Historical Society, which I know will be interesting and engaging for everyone. The dinner tickets are $20 per person, and can only be purchased in advance. A cash bar will be available. Each dinner will include salad, entrée with sides, and dessert. We also offer a variety of sponsorship levels if you would like to provide additional support, along with a family plan for young families.
The additional sponsorship and family levels are as follows:
$20 individual dinner ticket
$30 individual dinner ticket plus sponsorship of name in the program
$50 business/organizational sponsorship of 2 dinner tickets and an ad in the program
$50 family dinner ticket of 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12 years old.
We hope that you will consider attending this event and helping
celebrate 70 years of preserving Farmington history. Having your
support is instrumental in building a sense of community and belonging
in Farmington, as well as to showcase the great work the Farmington
Historical Society is doing for the Town of Farmington. The deadline
for ticket purchase is November 15. If you want to purchase individual
tickets or are interested in one of our additional sponsorship levels,
please PM me, or contact the Farmington Historical Society directly at
FarmingtonNHHistory@gmail.com, or call 603-755-2525 and leave a message
that indicates your questions, or the number of tickets you would like
to purchase. You can also drop in at Turner Liberty Insurance and
purchase tickets there. Unfortunately, tickets will not be sold at the
door. They must be purchased in advance because we need a dinner count.
Please make checks payable to the Farmington Historical Society.
Please feel free to also share this notice and invite your friends and
colleagues to join us in this celebration. I hope that you will help us
celebrate the Society as we work to improve the Town of Farmington and
preserve its historic past.Digital Record, Museum of Farmington History, Donated by Richard Marsh |
