The Farmington Historical Society was given yet another, this time very large, trove of interesting Farmington documents, from Denise Donnely. This lot includes more than 125 individual documents!

The document dates range from 1823 to the 1890's. All cover business transactions conducted by a relative of the donor who was an attorney and had collected together business in Farmington during that time. Most are contract, real estate, or deed related and fair number include notable people or family names from Farmington's historical record of that period.

The papers are all in very good condition. Each document is handwritten in ink and every document has its' own story to tell about the period and family involved.

All will be transferred into the permanent museum collection for safe keeping! We are very excited about this gift!
