We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to our Spring Social.
It will be a great opportunity for you to get to know a little about
our Society and what we have been up to. Our Spring Social will be held
on Saturday, April 15th at 1:00 PM on the second floor of the Goodwin Library. This will be an appetizer potluck and we are asking our
members to bring an appetizer or two to share with
everyone. We would like you to attend with your family, friends or
neighbors. There is no obligation or expectation for you to join the
Society. Just come and see what we are all about and consider helping
us any way you can. While mainly a social event, we will have some
brief announcements and information to share with everyone. The
highpoint of the afternoon will be a presentation from our museum
curator, Kyle Leach, on recent acquisitions to our Museum of Farmington NH History, and the work that has been going on to update both our physical
space and online museum. I'm sure you will find the work of the
Farmington Historical Society interesting and it is a good way to be involved with
the community. We sincerely hope you can come and see what we are all
